At Ipsos Canada, we are committed to making our organization the best place to work in research. We continuously evolve our practices, leveraging data, insights, and innovation to elevate the employee experience and support business success.

What Makes This Role Important at Ipsos?

This role supports both hourly and salaried employee populations within a dynamic research environment, requiring deep expertise in Canadian labour legislation, employee relations, and workplace practices.

As a senior advisor to business leaders, you will bring a strong balance of strategic influence and hands-on execution, partnering closely with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all applicable labour standards.
