The company is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks experienced sales professionals to join the dynamic team. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist role offers the chance to achieve professional goals while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
The position involves targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. Targeted sales training will be provided to build sales skills and credit knowledge. You will work closely with a Sales Manager who will conduct joint sales calls, monthly coaching sessions, and provide support through a dedicated sales management system.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage leads, primarily through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other strategic partners.
Present and promote TD’s mortgage products to qualified prospects, applying personalized solutions tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and sales activities in the sales management system.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint sales calls, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continually improve sales effectiveness.
Employ CRM tools, industry knowledge, and personal initiative to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Highly motivated self‑starter with exceptional sales skills and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Independent, self‑managed professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer‑service, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication processes.
Post‑secondary education is preferred.
