Job description
Enhance Indigenous communities as a Manager in Assurance & Accounting with MNP. This position allows you to combine your CPA credentials with impactful community-focused accounting solutions.

At MNP, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering audits, compliance tax engagements, and bespoke financial solutions to Indigenous clients. Manage client relationships and develop tailored strategies that not only meet needs but also create lasting value. Your leadership will foster team growth through mentoring and tailored feedback.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead client engagement teams in audits and compliance work • Provide technical expertise in assurance and financial reporting • Cultivate and manage client relationships for growth • Oversee budgeting and financial management for all projects • Coach and mentor team members in professional development

Requirements: • CPA designation required • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in public accounting • Background working with First Nations is a plus • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Strong understanding of accounting and management practices
