Job description
Join Northern Health as a part-time Nurse Practitioner in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Provide vital primary care to a diverse patient population while being part of a supportive clinic environment.

This position allows you to attach a patient panel and offer longitudinal care in a community-based setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will use the C-MOIS Electronic Medical Record for documentation and collaborate with public health staff to enhance care. Your contribution to team-based initiatives will also support quality improvement in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide longitudinal primary care for patients of all ages • Attach patients under the Provincial Attachment System • Utilize EMR for effective documentation • Collaborate with public health team members • Engage in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Relevant NP qualifications and experience • Ability to work in a community-focused setting • Proficiency in EMR systems • Commitment to collaborative care environments • Interest in professional development opportunities
