Job description
Join Chinatown Point as a Customer Service Officer and create memorable shopping experiences. Support customers, manage inquiries, and assist with loyalty programs in a vibrant retail environment.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of Chinatown Point, addressing shoppers' questions and feedback effectively. This role requires familiarity with MS Office and excellent communication skills. Whether you have experience in retail or hospitality, we welcome your passion for customer service to help us thrive.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding service to shoppers and visitors • Address queries and feedback from tenants and customers • Help with loyalty programs and redemption processes • Take on any additional tasks from management • Maintain a friendly atmosphere with excellent service mindset

Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent • At least 1 year in retail or hospitality customer service • Proficient in MS Word and Excel • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends
