Job description
Elevate your estimating career with Brymark Installations in Port Coquitlam. We are seeking a Senior Estimator to tackle complex industrial projects and enhance your professional growth within our respected team.

With over 10 years in estimating, you will engage in high-volume environments, focusing on precision and competitive bids. This role entails overseeing large construction projects, developing strategies, and managing client and contractor relations while ensuring risk management and pricing accuracy. Join a supportive workforce committed to project success and industry excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze specifications for hard-bid and construction management projects • Lead strategic plans for acquiring new work opportunities • Assess trade contractor pricing for competitive estimates • Attend pre-tender meetings for bid clarity • Create critical path schedules and manage project timelines

Requirements: • 10+ years in estimating with industrial site experience • Post-secondary diploma/degree or trade certification preferred • Strong knowledge of Union Agreements across trades • Advanced skills in blueprint reading and contract documentation • Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
