The Opportunity Lead environmental excellence:

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape environmental strategy and delivery across one of Canada’s most dynamic and diverse regions. As

Environmental Management Director – Prairies & North , you will provide regional leadership for environmental management services across the Prairies & North region. The role focuses on business growth, strategic oversight of environmental service delivery, safety and risk management, and operational excellence, while building strong client relationships and leading geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality outcomes.

Environmental Management in the Prairies & North provides integrated environmental consulting services that support planning, approvals, construction, operations, and closure across commercial, energy, mining, transportation, government, and industrial sectors. Core services include environmental site assessments, contaminated lands assessment and remediation, environmental liability management, regulatory compliance and permitting, air quality and noise/vibration assessments, occupational hygiene and safety, hazardous materials management, and environmental monitoring. The group works closely with ecology, water, geotechnical, and engineering teams to deliver practical, risk‑based solutions tailored to complex northern and prairie environments, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainable project delivery.

Your influence will be felt across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories — partnering with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, and internal teams to deliver sustainable outcomes that matter.

The Skills That Set You Apart

A strong desire to grow the business with a can‑do attitude

15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, engineering consulting, or related fields

Professional designation (e.g., P.Eng., P.Geo., RPBio, or equivalent) or eligibility for registration
