Job description
Direct curricular strategies as Chief Academic Director in a prestigious global education organization. Focus on developing bilingual programs for schools in over 30 countries.

We are seeking a Chief Academic Director with extensive experience to enhance our educational offerings. You will be primarily responsible for creating and adapting curricular policies to support our mission. With over 10 years in the education industry, particularly in bilingual contexts, you will assess and improve existing curricula while managing and training teams for new school openings in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective curricular procedures • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of current curricula • Manage and develop educational teams • Establish quality standards for new educational institutions • Drive ongoing curricular improvements

Requirements: • At least 10 years of relevant education experience • Familiarity with bilingual education is a plus • Experience with pre, middle, or high school education • Strong team leadership skills • PhD in education or a related area
