Job description
Elevate your career as a Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist with MSC, providing pivotal support in stock management and customer service. This role demands travel and includes engaging in customer-focused activities.

The Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in customer service and supply chain management within MSC. You'll work on projects involving ordering stock, implementing VMI programs, and developing relationships with key client personnel. This position requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Support sales associates with MSC customer solutions • Implement Vendor Managed Inventory programs at client locations • Maintain accuracy in order unpacking and stock placement • Communicate feedback to enhance customer satisfaction • Conduct 5S housekeeping for service equipment

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Supply chain experience preferred • Minimum one year in customer service roles • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets • Valid driver’s license with consistent travel
