This role demands a commitment to staying current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies to continually improve patient outcomes. Ultimately, your work will contribute to enhancing the overall oral health and well-being of the community you serve.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures.

Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges with precision and care.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental health.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic workflow.

Stay informed about the latest dental research, techniques and materials to enhance clinical practice.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Skills The required skills enable the Associate Dentist to perform accurate diagnoses and deliver effective treatments that meet patient needs while ensuring safety and comfort. Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients about their oral health and treatment options, fostering trust and compliance.
