Job description
Drive market expansion and growth as a Regional Sales Manager. This role emphasizes business development and strategic sales execution within your designated region.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to identify and grow new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include adapting sales strategies based on performance analysis, market trends, and competitive activities. You will monitor retail locations, ensuring the execution of sales programs and fostering strong customer relationships through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute strategies for sales growth and market expansion • Analyze performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly • Monitor market trends and competitive activities • Support and motivate retail locations to achieve targets • Conduct field visits to strengthen customer relationships

Requirements: • 5-8+ years in sales with leadership experience • Proven success in achieving sales targets • Strong analytical and communication skills • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
