Job description
Elevate enterprise technology with Surrey Schools as the IT Services Manager. Lead information management operations, ensuring secure, effective service delivery aligned with educational priorities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee the Information Management Services (IMS) portfolio. This role mandates strong leadership and management skills, focused on optimal service delivery in a complex public-sector environment. Enhance project implementations and engage with technical teams to support teaching, learning, and institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the IMS portfolio • Set service standards and monitor performance outcomes • Lead planning for services and resource allocation • Collaborate with teams to ensure project success • Contribute to budget and operational planning

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise IT environments • Leadership in public sector or education is preferred • Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and applications • Experience in application lifecycle management
