Could you be the full-time Tender Procurement Manager in Saint-Bruno we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a key role in building robust and competitive tender procurement costs, scope, and schedule commitments, ensuring that our tenders contribute to the platform procurement objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (engineering, industrial, bid, and procurement teams), coordinate pre-tendering activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing product procurement references to prepare tenders that align with regional market prices and customer needs, but also ensure that procurement reference files and improvement plans are consistent for future tenders.
We’ll look to you for:
Anticipating and preparing tenders with robust product reference cost management
Leading pre-tendering activities and building product cost references
Coordinating and consolidating sourcing activities for tenders
Defining procurement strategies and cost references for tenders
Ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Leading competitiveness reviews and managing commitment construction with sourcing teams
Promoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, engineering, project management, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, engineering, or quality

Bilingual: French and English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
