Job description
Lead strategic initiatives as the Director of Commercial Excellence at Teva Canada in Montreal. This pivotal role blends pharmaceutical strategy with PMO leadership to drive impactful operations. Teva Canada seeks a seasoned leader to shape its commercial strategy and priorities. As part of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will work closely with the General Manager to align commercial, operational, and regulatory functions. Your expertise will ensure robust governance frameworks and successful execution of cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead planning and execution of commercial initiatives • Serve as strategic advisor to the General Manager • Ensure alignment with global strategic directions • Implement scorecard frameworks to measure outcomes • Oversee annual strategic financial processes Requirements: • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field • 10+ years in pharmaceutical commercial leadership • Experience in PMO leadership or corporate strategy • Proven cross-functional project leadership • Exceptional communication and analytical skills Drive impactful strategy and execution in a collaborative environment at Teva Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
