Job description
Ensure operational excellence as a Production Supervisor at Caldic's Mississauga facility. Oversee daily production workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality and safety compliance.

As the Production Supervisor, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for your designated production area. This role demands a strong focus on meeting customer expectations, maintaining staffing levels, and addressing production challenges. Your collaboration with P&C, HSE, and Quality teams will be vital in achieving high-quality outputs every day.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day operations within your production area • Manage staffing and reconcile time and attendance for production teams • Ensure quality and safety program compliance with production teams • Troubleshoot equipment issues with the Maintenance team • Conduct Daily Management Meetings for KPI tracking

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in production within food manufacturing • Grade 12 education or equivalent required • Able to lift 25kg regularly and stand for extended periods • Forklift and scissor lift certifications necessary • Willingness to work in a dusty, noisy environment
