Job description
Become a Client Solutions Advisor with Scotiabank in Laval and North, focusing on customer onboarding in the mortgage sector. Foster relationships while offering banking solutions to clients.

As a Client Solutions Advisor, you will help customers who have purchased mortgages navigate our services. Your sales acumen and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong partnerships with clients and internal teams. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs, both virtually and in person.

Key Responsibilities: • Onboard customers purchasing mortgages through our salesforce • Sell banking solutions to deepen customer relationships • Meet clients at convenient times for consultations • Collaborate internally to enhance customer service • Manage time effectively to exceed sales targets

Requirements: • Proven sales experience in any industry • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends • Access to personal transportation during work hours • Bilingual in English and French for client interactions
