Job description
Lead HR initiatives across 5 manufacturing plants and 2 distribution centers in Canada with Mondelez. Your strategic people leadership will shape engagement, culture, and organizational performance in a multi-site environment. As the Director, MSC Canada & People Lead, you will drive HR strategies and support across the Canadian MSC network. With a focus on talent acquisition, engagement, and performance systems, you’ll partner with leaders to influence key people decisions. Your ability to coordinate HR practices across diverse locations will ensure a consistent and high-performing organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing and distribution • Oversee labor relations strategy and compliance across Canadian sites • Coach leaders on cultural elements and organizational values • Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies • Manage attendance systems and performance calibration Requirements: • 10+ years of HR experience in multi-site environments • 3+ years managing labor relations in unionized settings • Proven track record in manufacturing/supply chain HR • Strong coaching capabilities across leadership • Bachelor’s Degree in related field Leverage your HR expertise and strategic vision to drive organizational success across Mondelez's Canadian operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
