Job description
Lead the commercial strategy of STRABAG's Canadian Business Unit as a Commercial Director. Shape financial and operational success in a dynamic construction environment and drive strategic initiatives. In this senior leadership role, you'll leverage over 10 years of management experience within construction to guide strategic targets and commercial performance. Collaborate closely with technical management to achieve objectives while preparing financial statements and ensuring cash flow stability. Your expertise will enhance STRABAG's M&A efforts and oversee critical project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities: • Lead commercial and financial operations of the Canadian Business Unit • Develop and execute strategic commercial targets • Prepare monthly and annual financial performance reports • Ensure rigorous commercial controlling measures • Oversee project lifecycle management and compliance Requirements: • 10 years of experience in international construction management • Proficiency in MS Office and commercial software • Strong leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent command of English; German is a plus • Proven track record in commercial oversight Drive strategic change and foster high-performing teams within STRABAG's objectives in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
