Support the development, review, and validation of service manuals and maintenance procedures, including participation in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities

Travel domestically and internationally 30–60% to support training delivery, customer engagements and field support activities

Desired Capabilities

Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical tasks, projects, or processes with minimal supervision while delivering consistent, high‑quality results

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across functions, including Engineering, Field Service, and customer organizations

Proven instructional capability, including experience delivering technical training and applying adult learning principles in both classroom and hands‑on environments

Highly organized with strong planning and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and anticipate challenges, risks, and training needs

Solid technical foundation in electronics, electro‑mechanical, electro‑optical, and video systems, with a preference for hands‑on maintenance experience

Extensive experience working with complex, integrated systems in an engineering, field service, or maintenance capacity

Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, and to translate that knowledge into structured training and standardized troubleshooting methodologies

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30–60%) to support training delivery and customer engagements

Ability to meet Controlled Goods requirements and obtain and maintain applicable security clearances

Demonstrated proficiency in a relevant technical discipline, with hands‑on experience supporting, maintaining, or troubleshooting complex integrated systems
