Job descriptionAbout the Role
Collaborates closely with the outside sales team to support HDPE project goals by developing, coordinating and implementing effective sales strategies for project bids and tenders, gathering pre- and post-tender feedback, and managing project follow-ups.
Maintains and monitors project plans and delivery schedules, and tracks progress against deadlines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.
Prepares and maintains essential project documentation and contributes to project tasks as needed to support timely and successful execution.
Coordinates and attends project meetings, providing administrative and logistical support, recording key actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Manages HDPE project take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing and technical details.
Facilitates quotation review with Account Managers prior to quote release.
Maintains the quotation tracker, ensuring all data is current and accessible for internal stakeholders.
Identifies and assesses project risks and issues, proposing and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and mitigate disruptions.
Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team
Demonstrable knowledge of waterworks/construction-type products and materials.
In-depth understanding of HDPE products, services, materials, and industry standards to recommend accurate solutions.
Knowledge of technical product specifications pertaining to HDPE bids, fabrication and field fusion
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks; competency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, MS Project, and Outlook.
Ability to read engineered drawings and specifications and provide value through suggesting alternate products or processes.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively to customers, team members, and vendors; organization, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Skilled at building strong relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Skilled in identifying issues, analyzing options, and delivering timely solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
Post-secondary education.
Minimum four years of waterworks or construction sales experience.
Minimum four years of experience in sales, project management, preferably in the waterworks/construction industry, with HDPE specialization.

Base Pay:
$75,000 Yr. - $80,000 Yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
