Key Responsibilities: • Provide diverse nursing services to patients and families • Use critical thinking in care decisions and problem-solving • Teach and advocate for patient needs effectively • Collaborate on holistic health promotion strategies • Deliver safe, quality patient-centered care consistently
Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing education program • Active or eligible for registration with CRNA • Current BCLS-HCP certification required • Recent graduates within 12 months only • Familiarity with the UNA Letter of Understanding #29
