Job description
Leverage your technology sales expertise as a Strategic Account Manager at Absorb. This fully remote role focuses on creating strategic account plans and expanding opportunities within key accounts.

Absorb is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager with over 7 years in technology sales. In this critical position, you will establish trust with decision-makers, develop and execute account expansion plans, and collaborate with internal teams for success. Your skills in client management and communication will drive significant growth within Absorb’s most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Build trust with key decision makers at strategic accounts • Generate and execute strategic account plans for upselling • Collaborate with internal resources to drive expansion plans • Monitor pipeline to facilitate sales to closure • Become an expert in Absorb LMS and market landscape

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in technology sales and client management • Strong communication skills, written and verbal • Experience with a global client base • Ability to travel for business as needed • Relevant post-secondary degree preferred
