Ontario Power Generation is seeking a Senior Engineer for a hybrid position focused on enhancing equipment reliability. Utilize your expertise in non-destructive examination techniques to drive impactful results.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager, where your responsibilities include developing NDE methodologies and ensuring adherence to CIQB standards. You will create 3D models with SolidWorks and prepare comprehensive documents and presentations to communicate findings effectively. This position also involves managing project scopes and advising stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute NDE techniques for inspections
• Comply with CIQB documentation requirements
• Create 3D CAD models using SolidWorks
• Provide technical advice based on analysis
• Oversee project activities and manage technical staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of CIQB standards preferred
• Must be licensed or eligible in Ontario
• Additive manufacturing design experience an asset
