Job description
Drive sales success at Sonepar Canada as a Sales Enablement Specialist. Leverage digital tools like CRM and eCommerce to enhance sales performance across Ontario.

Sonepar Canada seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to report to the President and bridge gaps between sales teams and IT. This role emphasizes skills like tool adoption, training design, and data governance. Your main tasks include developing training plans, monitoring usage KPIs, and administering CRM systems for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging training content for users • Address user questions and technical issues effectively • Monitor and analyze CRM usage and adoption metrics • Ensure data quality through regular content reviews • Manage user access and CRM configurations

Requirements: • 5+ years in sales enablement or related roles • Familiarity with digital adoption initiatives • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent organizational and communication abilities • Ability to translate business needs into tech solutions
