Job description
Elevate your career as a Facility Management Coordinator at the Communications Security Establishment. This role involves managing contracts, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance at the Edward Drake Building.

The Coordinator will oversee operations and maintenance services, ensuring energy efficiency in client-partner facilities. This position requires managing contractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining building systems like HVAC and electrical services. If you have expertise in facility management practices and a strong focus on quality, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage contracts to ensure compliance with all requirements • Support maintenance programs for energy-efficient operations • Conduct facility inspections and performance evaluations • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports • Prepare building asset inventories and maintenance plans

Requirements: • College diploma in facility management or related field • Four years of relevant experience required • Preferred certification in engineering technology or real property management • Ability to use relevant software and apply project management techniques • Eligible for Top Secret security clearance
