Job description
Elevate client service as a VIP Account Manager with Munn Insurance in St. John’s, NL. This hybrid role focuses on personalized support and managing high-value client portfolios.

Munn Insurance seeks an experienced VIP Account Manager for its client success team. The ideal candidate will have over five years in the insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines, with a CAIB or CIP designation. Candidates should excel in relationship management, attention to detail, and multitasking to enhance client retention and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and service VIP Personal Lines portfolio • Build long-term client relationships through personalized service • Conduct thorough annual policy reviews for client needs • Monitor renewals and ensure accurate servicing • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client support

Requirements: • 5+ years in the insurance industry, Personal Lines preferred • CAIB or CIP designation required • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience with complex, high-value client files
