Job description
Join Peterbilt Pacific as Vice President of Sales and lead strategic initiatives for revenue and market growth. Collaborate with teams to enhance accountability and execution.

As a vital member of the executive team, you will oversee the sales strategy and enhance performance metrics across all departments. Your role will involve fostering collaboration and alignment with OEM partners to drive effective sales operations. You will implement best practices to ensure profitability and consistency within sales programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Create actionable sales plans across regions • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts • Cultivate key account relationships • Align dealership strategy with OEM incentives • Design performance-driven compensation programs

Requirements: • 10+ years in the automotive or commercial transport sector • Strong background in strategic sales execution • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills • High financial acumen with budgeting expertise • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
