Your future role
Be the guardian of the “As Sold” Baseline, managing the configuration items from the “As Required” & “As Specified” baselines regarding Requirements Management
Ensure the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology, so the delivered product meets contractual and stakeholder requirements
Provide the necessary support and training to tender and project teams regarding RM process, methodology and tools (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process
Monitor and report on the status of RM activities, manage the RM database and help engineers and other scope owners in their RM activities
Perform Requirement Management Engineer activities, such as: implement global RM processes on tender, execution contract and product development projects for technical & non‑technical requirements; act as guardian of the integrity of the contracts; drive engineers in their requirements development activities; verify data quality & consistency in the RM database; manage requirements changes & configuration; contribute to RME Network
All about you
BA’s degree in Engineering
At least three years of experience in engineering and two years of rail systems requirements related experience
Practical experience working on projects at various stages in a project lifecycle
Good communication skills in English
Experience on major rail projects
Working in teams across multiple sites and cultures
Ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical project/program stakeholders
Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to detail
Team player and leader who sets a positive environment for team colleagues
Driven for results with strong multi‑tasking and influencing skills
Experience utilizing database solutions for requirements management (DOORS)
Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge
Technical writing, requirement elicitation and formalization

Compensation The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
