Job description
Become a Team Supervisor at Clean Foundation to spearhead community climate initiatives across Nova Scotia. Drive impactful climate action while empowering your team and fostering collaboration.

This role requires you to lead the Community Climate Initiatives Department, coordinating a team of professionals who actively engage with municipalities. Bring 3–5+ years' experience in program delivery as you support team members and tackle everyday challenges in climate-focused activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily team delivery and challenges • Mentor staff and develop performance capabilities • Coordinate workflow to align with program deadlines • Engage in community outreach activities and workshops • Report progress and address risks with management

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in public administration or related field • 3–5+ years in community program delivery • Strong organizational skillset to manage priorities • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
