Job description
Join Michelin as a Process Engineer in Granton, Nova Scotia, and contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes quality assurance and technical problem-solving.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring process parameters that ensure product quality. You will take part in quality planning, implement corrective actions, and engage in feasibility studies. Additionally, you'll play a key role in testing changes and maintaining communication with local and global customers to address issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish product quality monitoring parameters • Implement quality standards and ensure compliance • Design tests to analyze material changes • Participate in product development and troubleshooting • Support production operations with quality insights

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering • 1-3 years manufacturing or industrial experience • Strong mechanical understanding of equipment • Skilled in developing digital tools • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
