Job description
Join Scotiabank as the Executive Director of Client Solutions and Experiences. Lead a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing small business offerings and building lasting client partnerships in a supportive environment.

In this strategic role, you will leverage your expertise to oversee the development and execution of innovative banking solutions targeting small businesses. Your efforts will focus on attracting new clients, retaining existing ones, and establishing critical partnerships within the community. Engage deeply with client insights to drive continuous improvement in services and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead client-centric initiatives for small business growth • Craft and execute effective client retention strategies • Manage and refine client segmentation frameworks • Foster partnerships with influential organizations • Direct client survey programs and actionable business initiatives

Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant management experience • In-depth knowledge of small business dynamics • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
