Strategic Sourcing/Logistic Analyst
Location: Markham, Ontario
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day shift Hybrid 3 days on site
Pay: $24.77/hr + 4% vacation pay
Term: June 15, 2026 – 1 year

Position Overview
This role exists to support the execution of supply chain related analytics and data management requirements in support of J&J Customer & Logistics Services supporting the broader Deliver business for Canada. The Digital Transformation Analyst collaborates internally and occasionally externally to support the development of plans to improve service and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborates with key partners on the deployment of system and process functionality in alignment with Global capabilities and programs.
• Supports Customer Logistics, Distribution and Transportation teams on joint value creation strategies.
• Evaluates operational projections of existing and developing supply chain strategies against goals and objectives of complete organization.
• Reviews operational processes to increase efficiencies and productivity.
• Supports assessment of KPI’s and developing corrective action plans to meet targets.
• Leads special projects as assigned.


Qualifications
• University Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Analyst role experience (or equivalent in education)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Moderate technical proficiencies in multiple systems including (but not limited to):
o SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Azure, Alteryx
• Competency in MS Office Apps and Services
• Experience leading projects/project teams to completion is preferred.
• Supply chain experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to varying audiences.
• Sense of urgency and accuracy, with focus for results /measurement

10% Travel Domestic and International is possible.
Hybrid, 3 days onsite required
