As an AVP & Market Lead, Saskatchewan, you will lead and own the evolution of expanding National Bank’s footprint in heart of the prairies including the growth and development of our Commercial Banking teams in Saskatoon and Regina. You will coach and inspire a team of Commercial Account Managers and their leaders, Commercial Underwriters, and ensure strong performance across sales, credit, operational risk, monitoring, and control.
Your ability to combine business development expertise with rigorous risk management, operational oversight, and collaborative leadership will set you apart.

Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of a team of professionals supporting commercial clients. In addition, you are surrounded by an entire ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to customers.
Reporting to the Vice-President & Head, Prairies, the position is based in Saskatoon, SK. This role requires flexibility and travel between Saskatoon and Regina, ensuring the success of all commercial banking teams.
