Job description
Shape sales success as a Strategic Alliances Manager with CaptivateIQ, focused on driving partner engagement and pipeline expansion. Enjoy a dynamic role with deep integration into the sales process.

As an Alliances Manager, you'll act as a crucial bridge between our go-to-market teams and select regional system integrators. You will drive growth through strategic partner management, overseeing joint sales efforts and ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Your contributions will set the standard for integrating partners into CaptivateIQ's mission.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and execute growth strategies for partner segments • Maintain a partner capacity and regional presence matrix • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through collaborative efforts • Facilitate co-selling and provide insights in sales calls • Ensure CRM attribution accuracy to track metrics

Requirements: • 5–8 years in B2B SaaS partnerships or channel sales • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets through partners • Hands-on experience with sales cycles across segments • Deep understanding of deal mechanics and forecasting • Highly organized with Salesforce proficiency
