Job description
Lead transformative initiatives at GreenShield as the Director of Enterprise Transformation and Program Management. This role focuses on strategic objectives, execution, and collaboration across programs.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Modernization, you will drive strategic enterprise programs to enhance company growth. Your expertise in program management, organizational design, and business transformation will be essential as you work with senior leadership. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to build consensus and ensure alignment across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute transformation vision and program strategy • Lead complex enterprise programs of strategic importance • Collaborate within a matrix environment to align project portfolios • Establish governance processes for timely decision-making • Report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience • Proven program management and leadership skills • MBA or related degree; PMP certification preferred • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
