We are an industry leader rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for professional field service technicians to delight our customers.
Must hold a U.S. visa to be eligible for travel to the United States for training.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring devices work correctly and customers receive top‑notch service.
Use electro‑mechanical skills to repair devices; utilize training from certified instructors, online resources, and in‑house programs.
Achieve key productivity goals: 5 gross calls per day, 50%+ efficiency rating, 2–4 hour response time, and keep parts costs minimal.
Skills and Qualifications
Electro‑mechanical experience, including use of a multimeter to troubleshoot circuits and the ability to read electrical schematics. Relevant past roles: military or veteran with electro‑mechanical experience, HVAC/Cable Internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or repair professional.
Superior time‑management skills and reliability; dependable and punctual.
Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is checked as part of the background review.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50% of the workday. Safety around electrical components is essential.
