Job description
Transform student experiences at the University of Ottawa as an Intermediate Administrator. Your role will enhance access to essential wellness services with strong administrative support.

This position within the Student Wellness sector involves coordinating student interactions with health services and ensuring seamless access to care. You will leverage your experience in high-volume client service environments to support the operational needs of various wellness initiatives. Your ability to manage scheduling tasks and maintain documentation standards is crucial for efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for student services • Book, modify, and manage wellness appointments • Ensure accurate medical records in compliance with privacy laws • Address and de-escalate challenging interactions professionally • Create and update administrative process documentation

Requirements: • Educational background in health administration or similar • Three years of experience in a busy reception setting • Bilingual proficiency in English and French necessary • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is key • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
