Job description
Join Mandeville as an Operations Administrator focused on commission payments and account management. This role emphasizes processing, analysis, and customer support for advisors' accounts.

As an Operations Administrator, you will tackle incoming issues, manage fee-based accounts, and administer both advisor commission and expense reports. Your contributions will streamline the operational workflows related to account processing and transaction settlements in the investment sector.

Key Responsibilities: • Research and resolve account processing issues • Execute and reconcile order settlements • Maintain advisor records and handle payment processing • Assist with audits and prepare tax documents • Prepare journal entries and manage expenses

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma essential • 2-3 years in investment firm operations • Familiarity with data entry and registered products • Proficient in Excel and related software • Written and oral French is a plus
