Coordinate and manage outside services, handle administrative tasks, and ensure all spending is approved by the Project Manager while maintaining a master project schedule.

Mentor and evaluate junior schedulers/planners, delivering accurate and timely project reports, and identifying areas of concern to propose effective solutions.

Recommend improvements to the planning and scheduling process, ensuring adherence to safety standards and fostering a positive safety culture.

Lead project initiation phases, review contractor schedules for feasibility, and oversee effective planning, construction, and project turnover.
