Job description
Elevate your career as the Director of M&A for the Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio at Perseus Group, Constellation Software. This role emphasizes acquisition sourcing and managing transactions with a strategic focus.

In this leadership position, you will report to the President of the Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio, overseeing the full M&A lifecycle. Your expertise will guide the sourcing and acquisition of businesses, while building relationships with prospects and managing a high-performance acquisitions team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in investment banking and M&A execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead acquisition sourcing team and manage business development efforts • Conduct financial analyses and present investment proposals • Oversee M&A execution from LOI to deal close • Coordinate due diligence with internal and external teams • Build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the process

Requirements: • 5-7+ years in top-tier accounting or investment firms • 3-5 years mid-market deal execution experience • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise • Willingness to travel as necessary
