Job description
Elevate your career as a Communications Specialist in HR with Intact Financial Corporation! This temporary position supports key HR initiatives through innovative internal communications strategies.

This role involves working closely with HR partners to enhance employee engagement and promote IFC's values and strategic objectives. You will engage with diverse teams, delivering persuasive communications that resonate throughout the organization. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical as you develop comprehensive plans to highlight the corporate culture and brand.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish partnerships with HR partners for strategic support • Collaborate across teams for cohesive communication efforts • Manage stakeholder engagement to drive project success • Create and implement internal communication plans • Recommend creative storytelling strategies to enhance messaging

Requirements: • Degree in communications, public relations, or related field • At least 5 years of communications experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven prioritization and project management skills • Experience with SharePoint Online is an asset
