Job description
Lead demolition projects with PDI Group of Companies, ensuring safe execution and financial success from start to finish. Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships in a dynamic environment.

As a Demolition Project Manager, you will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring all work aligns with scope and contract requirements. This senior role requires strong financial management skills and the ability to address performance variances effectively in a field-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of demolition projects from start to finish • Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Monitor daily project performance and resolve issues as they arise • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for leadership review • Enforce health and safety regulations alongside field teams

Requirements: • 5+ years of project management experience in demolition • Proven experience in managing project budgets and financials • Strong knowledge of demolition methods and applicable regulations • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
