Job description
Drive operational excellence as a Mobile Building Manager with Homestead in Ottawa. This hands-on role focuses on maintenance, resident relations, and ensuring a clean and secure environment.

As a Mobile Building Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining Homestead's high service standards across various properties in Ottawa. Your expertise in cleaning, maintenance, and tenant relations will be essential as you address emergencies and fulfill scheduled tasks. You will work closely with residents and perform essential duties that keep our communities thriving.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure cleanliness in common areas and corridors • Prepare apartments for incoming residents • Address tenant concerns and perform minor maintenance • Maintain fire safety logs and respond to emergencies • Facilitate work orders and show vacant apartments

Requirements: • Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required • Ability to lift up to 20 kg when needed • Obtain First Aid certification paid by the company • Attention to detail and reliability are essential
