Job description
Join School District No. 57 as the Director of Facilities, providing strategic leadership in Prince George, B.C. This role encompasses all aspects of facilities management, from planning to operations.

Reporting to the Secretary Treasurer, the Director of Facilities plays a crucial role on the Senior Leadership Team. You will oversee capital project delivery, daily facility operations, and custodial services while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Your work will support the District's mission and priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage capital projects from planning to completion • Oversee operations and maintenance of district facilities • Lead health and safety compliance programs • Develop and manage departmental budgets • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Requirements: • Degree in engineering or facilities management • Senior-level experience in facilities or project management • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proven budget management expertise • Certification such as PMP or LEED AP is an asset
