Join Sephora as a Stage Experience Manager in Ottawa, Ontario, where you’ll lead the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio team. Focus on client service and training excellence.

This full-time manager position at Sephora's Bayshore store emphasizes both innovation and team development. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of beauty services, implementing training for both new hires and existing staff, and improving client services through tech utilization. Ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing and functional is also a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Studio • Facilitate training and orientation sessions for beauty advisors • Publish beauty advisors' availability and manage client reservations • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards on the sales floor • Collaborate with brand representatives for effective trainings

Requirements: • 2-4 years of relevant management experience • Strong communication ability to engage with varying stakeholders • Capability to build and retain strong team dynamics • Experience lifting and carrying inventory up to 50 pounds • Adaptability to a fragrance-filled environment
