Job description
Description Comprehension of varied written and oral texts. Development of note-taking skills. Written expression at the sentence and paragraph levels. Oral communication through guided conversation and short presentations. Further development of grammatical knowledge.

Requirements

Master’s degree in teaching English as a second language, or a discipline relevant to English as a second language teaching.

Two years of experience teaching ESL at the university level, or equivalent. Familiarity with software and technologies relevant to teach English as a second language.

A professor who has taught an FLS / ESL course at OLBI before January 1, 2018 is considered to meet the diploma requirement.

Additional Information and/or Comments An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
