Job Description: Cardiology Technologist
Well Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a skilled and certified Cardiology Technologist who will be responsible for performing all cardiac testing techniques, including Electro Cardiogram (ECG) testing, stress testing, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring, and ambulatory BP monitoring in compliance with CSCT guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Ensure patient identification, safety, and preparation are correct prior to testing while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Perform all cardiac testing techniques, including ECG testing, stress testing, Holter scanning, Holter monitoring, and ambulatory BP monitoring in accordance with company P&P manual guidelines.
- Insert various types of intravenous lines and monitor IV treatments to watch for complications as required.
- Perform nuclear stress testing on treadmill and using pharmacological interventions (e.g., Persantine, dobutamine, adenosine) and administer aminophylline as required under clinical supervision and delegated workflow.
- Ensure all quality control assessments are performed as required.
- Take all reasonable precautions and work in compliance with related policies, health and safety legislation, and best practices.
- Follow procedures for proper equipment maintenance and ensure equipment and instruments are performing efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- 0–2 years of related experience.
- Completion of a Cardiology program recognized by the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists.
- Current certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and eligibility for membership with the CSCT.
- Current CPR certificate.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
- Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
