Logistic coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Logistic coordinator – Import/Export to join a renowned company located in Laval. This strategic role within the Logistics category is essential to ensuring the fluidity of global operations. As Logistics Coordinator – Import/Export, you will orchestrate the movement of goods while optimizing the supply chain to meet our clients' standards of excellence.

For this position in Laval, bilingualism is an essential component. The successful candidate will be required to communicate daily with English-speaking clients and partners located outside of Quebec, necessitating an intermediate to expert mastery of English.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and supervise all operations for the Logistics– Import/Export

• Manage complex import and export documentation (Incoterms, customs)

• Negotiate freight rates and optimize costs within the Manufacturing and Logistics sector

• Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Ensure international regulatory compliance for every shipment

Qualifications
• Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Operations Management

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Manager – Import/Export

• Bilingualism (French/English) required for international communications

• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and Incoterms

• Prior experience within the Manufacturing and Logistics sector
