Job Description We're actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other analysts and various business departments, including finance and supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to assist programs by providing critical tracking of financial data. This role places a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Responsibilities
Analyzing, reporting, and tracking actual expenditures (weekly). Investigate unplanned actuals
Tracking of budget taskings
Preparation of monthly estimate to complete (assignment of resourcing) including all commitments such as Pay after year end
Reporting of variances and variance mitigation plans/causes
Support Program Management review of invoices to ensure items being invoiced are correct and billable and mitigation plan if not billable
Prepare task estimates (Labour and Non‑labour)
Prepare cost analysis spreadsheets per program templates
Provide briefings on costs to task leads and program management
Prepare and track customer travel requests
Prepare and track customer material requests
Support task closure reports
Qualifications
University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or equivalent working experience in planning and project management assignments
6+ years’ experience in a supporting program analyst role
Experience in analysis and ability to interpret information, problem solve, and incorporate internal/external factors to aid in making decisions

Ability to collaborate with different teams, strong communication skills and comfortable presenting
Ability to apply knowledge and skills to solve business problems. Promotes and leads changes to resolve issues, improve program performance and operational efficiency
SharePoint experience, proficient with Word, PowerPoint
Understanding of the program management life cycle and associated processes
Experience in developing, executing, close out of a task‑based program.
It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed. Successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements, including but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance. Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations. You must be eligible to work in Canada.
Additional Information The expected salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000 CAD annually.
