Job description
Become a Project Manager for Facilities with Ontario Northland Transportation Commission in Englehart, managing capital projects efficiently throughout a varied portfolio. This 18-month contract emphasizes infrastructure enhancement and safety.

As the Project Manager, you will handle project management tasks from planning to execution in a vibrant working environment. You will work on major facility upgrades, collaborate with different teams, and ensure all projects meet building codes and specifications. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee capital projects from start to finish • Create detailed work packages and procurement documents • Ensure project compliance with codes and standards • Maintain communication with all relevant project stakeholders • Administer contracts and manage procurement processes

Requirements: • University degree in relevant engineering or architecture • 3–5 years of experience with industrial building systems • Minimum 2 years in project management roles • Familiarity with construction documents and regulations • Solid leadership and organizational skills
